We hate deception. That includes suppliers who are knowingly and willfully trying to mislead you in their marketing. We’ll never want to do that.
So, in the sake of full disclosure, we’d like to draw your attention to the following.
Most people who buy one of our books do absolutely nothing with it. They don’t even read it. It sits on a shelve, or is available in their e-reader library, but they don’t spend the hour or two that is needed to ingest the contents of our hard won knowledge, tips and insights.
Many of our readers will try out at least one or two tips. They will most certainly get some value out of their investment. This may be the typical client.
Only a small percentage of our readers will change their work, and lives and the lives of their team members, clients, and the rest of their organization.
The same is probably true for our trainings, courses, seminars, and retreats.
We’ll never make decisions for our clients. You’re the boss in your life. If your priorities change, for whatever reason, we’ll try to adapt and flow with you — it’s your work, your business, your life. But this also means that it’s hard for us to guarantee exact results when you decide to change your focus.
Only in our 1-on-1 coaching program do we keep our clients accountable. And if you’re accountable, you’ll get results. That’s why we can offer a money-back guarantee for our 1-on-1 coaching program. And even that guarantee is only valid when you as a client put in enough of the work that only you can do.
We may change the names of our clients for confidentiality’s sake. And sometimes because names that are completely normal in a foreign language doesn’t work so well in English. Not everybody enjoys seeing their name under a testimonial on our site, even if they are happy to endorse our work with them. At the same time, we’ll never make up fake testimonials ourselves — that would be a strategy that is guaranteed to backfire soon. And frankly it’s totally unnecessary, as we fortunately have a strong base of happy clients.
If this doesn’t work for you, we’d be happy to refer you to one of our colleagues.
